If you're looking to make a healthy version of a chocolate almond butter brownie, this is it!


- 1/2c oat flour

- 1 scoop coffee protein powder (if you don't have that, you can use vanilla and you'll replace the water with coffee)

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1/4c water (use room temp coffee if you don't have coffee protein powder)

- 3 heaping tbsp almond butter

-1/4c mini chocolate chips


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix week until smooth

  2. Start rolling batter into desired size

  3. Eat now, store in fridge (3-5 days), or freezer (7-10 days)
